This is a recipe that I got from Skinny Taste. I divide out the portions of oats and blueberries and place them in the fridge. I have a note on the microwave for the kids so they know what to add to it. For myself, I have been sprinkling some hemp seeds to boost the protein and fat. As of now I need a little more fat in some of my meals to take my fat soluble supplements. As I progress, I will try other add-ins.
Ingredients:
- steel cut oats
- cinnamon sticks
- banana
- blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- almond milk
- maple syrup or honey
- ground cinnamon
Calories: 235, Protein 7g, Fat 3g Fiber 6.5g
